The Safariland 6360RDS ALS/SLS Level 3 Retention Outside-the-Waistband (OWB) Duty Holster is a sturdy, lightweight, and secure holster specifically designed for firearms with red dot sights (RDS) mounted on them. The holster features the ALS (Automatic Locking System) and SLS (Self Locking System), which together provide Level 3 Retention. The SLS rotating hood closure allows for a smoother, single-motion draw and greater protection against attempted firearm takeaways, while the ALS system automatically secures the firearm once holstered and can be deactivated via the thumb lever.

The slim, compact design of the 6360RDS holster allows the firearm to ride close to the body, making it suitable for use with red dot optic-equipped firearms. The straight-up draw is simple and easy, as all releases are deactivated. Additionally, the holster can be upgraded to offer Level 4 Retention with the optional Sentry feature.

The 6360 ALS/SLS Level 3 Retention OWB duty holsters come with two sizes of the molded Universal Belt Loop (UBL) for mounting to both 2" (50mm) and 2.25" (58mm) duty belts. It's important to note that Safariland cannot assure the compatibility of RDS holsters with non-factory-mounted red dots, as numerous variables, such as the depth of the RDS into the slide, the use of dovetail, and the placement on the slide, can affect the fit of the holster. This particular holster is not compatible with the Trijicon SRO optic.

The 6360RDS-832-411 model of the 6360RDS holster is designed to fit the GLOCK 17/22 with a Surefire X300U red dot sight. It features a mid-ride UBL that places the weapon grip just above the belt, accommodating a 2.25" belt. The protective RDS cover automatically rotates away when drawing the weapon, ensuring a smooth and secure draw.
